SUMMARY
Fresh install of Kubuntu 21.04 placed the default panel on my tertiary monitor.
I changed the system settings, but application launcher shortcut key still
opens the application launcher on secondary monitor instead of primary.
(Tertiary is now a mirror of secondary).
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Kubuntu 21.04 with 3 monitors.
2. Press application launcher shortcut key
OBSERVED RESULT
Application launcher opens on secondary/tertiary monitor.
EXPECTED RESULT
Application launcher opens on primary desktop.
