SUMMARY
Currently in Kickoff, when you hover between different categories, the contents
of a category will change between the categories your mouse is hovering over.
This feels inconsistent with the other sidebars in KDE has where you change the
category with click, instead of hover.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Kickoff
2. Move your mouse to a category, and then hover to a different one
OBSERVED RESULT
The contents will change.
EXPECTED RESULT
The contents should change based on click instead.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
It seems this was considered as an option in here:
https://invent.kde.org/plasma/plasma-desktop/-/merge_requests/292 but was
rejected in favor of the triangle filter. I think it would be better to add as
an option, even if it's off by default.
