SUMMARY
I'm on a 2 in 1 laptop and when I have it in tablet mode the bottom task panel
is shown. Then after I interact with an applet, like pressing the battery
applet to change brightness, the bar hides and I have to unfold my computer to
get it back.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enter tablet mode
2. Interact with applet on dock
OBSERVED RESULT
Panel hides after interaction
EXPECTED RESULT
Panel remains visible.
