STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set your monitor to 165hz (didn't test the other refresh rates)
2. Place your desktop icons to your liking
3. Log off and log in again/Restart
OBSERVED RESULT
At the first login the icons seems normal, but the icons "restart" and reset
their places
EXPECTED RESULT
The user desktop configuration will stay the same
