            Bug ID: 456816
Summary: allow standard/normal analogue clock face
           Product: plasmashell
           Version: 5.25.3
          Platform: Other
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: wishlist
          Priority: NOR
         Component: Panel
          Assignee: plasma-b...@kde.org
          Reporter: dchme...@gmail.com
                CC: niccolo.venera...@gmail.com
  Target Milestone: 1.0

SUMMARY
Allow standard/normal analogue clock face.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add analogue clock to panel
2. See non-standard 'trendy' style; look for standard/normal style: all 12
numbers (at larger sizes, optionally additionally also 05 to 60 seconds
marks... at smaller sizes at least 12 marks.)

OBSERVED RESULT
Can't have standard/normal analogue clock face. At my panel size (72px on 27"
4K) can't always estimate time without getting up out of my chair and looking
closer (with low-contrast Oxygen/Air styles, which Breeze probably increased
this extremely bad trend of grey-on-white & grey-on-black.) Without 12
marks/numbers, takes longer to estimate time (maybe with mistakes) than digital
clock, which takes longer than standard/normal analogue ones.

EXPECTED RESULT
Allow standard/normal analogue clock face.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: KDE Neon 5.25 & Slackware64 15.1-current GNU Linuxes
KDE Plasma Version: 5.25.3
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.96.0
Qt Version: 5.15.4

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Most panels may be too small to show numbers, though I use 4K and in future
will use 8+K, projection-/video-wall if/when affordable... would also be nice
to be able to see clock larger... some people might want to drop-down; some
might prefer standalone window.
