Using floating panel as a dock

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add a default panel on the bottom of screen
2. Configure the default panel as a Dock (just like macOS, but actually a
floating panel)
3. Plasmashell frequently crashes (about 3-4 times a day)

OBSERVED RESULT
Plasmashell frequently crashes (about 3-4 times a day).

EXPECTED RESULT
Plasmashell is running steadily.

Linux/KDE Plasma: Arch Linux + KDE Plasma
