SUMMARY
When I lock my screen for a while, then unlock my computer, the desktop icons
disappear! The only way to show the desktop icons is to restart plasmashell.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Lock the screen (don't use sleep mode, just lock) for a while
2. Unlock the screen
3. Desktop icons are missing

OBSERVED RESULT
Desktop icons are missing after unlocking

EXPECTED RESULT
Desktop icons should still show even after leaving it for a while, then
unlocking
