Also tested my fresh profile with wayland now (had to install
plasma-workspace-wayland first)
On ESC instead of removing the password prompt, the whole screen goes black.

Hi,
The default graphics platform of Kubuntu is still X11, right? I didn't do
anything special to make it Wayland.
The issue happens for me in my productive daily profile. But I just now created
a secondary fresh vanilla

Thanks. Unfortunately I still can't reproduce the issue, so I can't try to fix
