Bug ID: 478242 Summary: Segfault in plasmashell when plugging in or unplugging external screen Classification: Plasma Product: plasmashell Version: 5.90.0 Platform: Arch Linux OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: generic-crash Assignee: plasma-b...@kde.org Reporter: adam.m.fontenot+...@gmail.com Target Milestone: 1.0 Created attachment 163999 --> https://bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=163999&action=edit backtrace SUMMARY When I plug in or unplug my external screen (via USB-C) I get this crash. It's almost (?) always reproducible? The screen has a higher resolution (1440p) than my internal screen. I can't think of anything else that's distinct about it. I'm not driving the screen in HDR mode currently. I do not have a color profile set for the external screen. The screen also does power delivery, which works great, but is probably not relevant here.
