Overlap to second screen

SUMMARY
Having a floating panel while maximizing a window causes the panel to slightly
"glitch" to the second screen.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have floating panel on always visible (and Length full width)
2. I guess a second screen to the left of it
3. Maximize a Window causing the panel to defloat

OBSERVED RESULT
Panel is on second screen(and probably dis-positioned in general)

EXPECTED RESULT
Not overlapping to the next screen
