I upgraded to Plasma 6.0.1 on Arch Linux. I noticed the issue seen in the
screenshot.

The task manager is traditional, splitting apps into 2 rows.

I deleted the panel and created a default panel from scratch. The problem
remained (the screenshot is from that).
