            Bug ID: 484318
Summary: Manually saved session not restored correctly
    Classification: Plasma
           Product: plasmashell
           Version: 6.0.2
          Platform: openSUSE
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: Session Management
          Assignee: plasma-b...@kde.org
          Reporter: alanjpresc...@gmail.com
  Target Milestone: 1.0

SUMMARY
The whole restore from manually saved session seems to be out of kilter under
Plasma6/Wayland.

The set up I've been using is 8 Desktops with Dolphin on 1, Konsole on 5 and
Firefox on 7, all set to to show on All Activities and in the positions I want.
At the moment the only app that opens is Firefox and that on Desktop 1, in the
middle of the Desktop and only available in the current activity.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Configure Session Restore: When session was last manually saved
2. Start some applications spread across Desktops and Activities (as per set up
above)
3. Manually Save Session
4. Logout/Login

OBSERVED RESULT
In my case only Firefox automatically starts in centre of Desktop 1

EXPECTED RESULT
Dolphin at 0,0 on Desktop 1 and all Activities
Konsole at 0,0 on Desktop 5 and all Activities
Firefox at 603,0 on Desktop 7 and all Activities

KDE Plasma Version: 6.0.2
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.0.0
Qt Version: 6.6.2
Kernel Version: 6.8.1-1-default (64-bit)
