To correct previous comment:
If you upgrade from 6.0 to 6.1 without changing Plasma Search settings
previously, you will see what I saw as in the attachment:
1. "Applications" and "System Settings" plugins are marked

I see here is a "Favorite Plugins" things. Favorite plugins are pinned at top
of settings. You can sort them but Favorite Plugins don't have higher priority
than other plugins, that is strange.
