Windows does it for at least settings, so it would be great to have it in KDE
as well.
Automatically convert Cyrillic input to Latin for searching a program or
setting.

Keyboard layout: Russian
1. Hit Meta/Start/Super button
2. Enter in Russian keyb layout ьщгыуб which correspondents to "mouse" in
Latin layout (a usual mistake, when you forget to change the layout to EN)
