STEPS TO REPRODUCE
0. Dodgy floating panel with kickoff on the bottom + icon only task manager
with a few pinned apps + apps opened
1. Internal display 1920x1200 on 14", scaling set to 1.25
2. Connect an external TV (or screen) with 1920x1080 and scaling 1.0
3. Set the display mode to only show Plasma on the external screen
4. Disconnect the TV (maybe Plasma needs to be in StandBy first?)
OBSERVED RESULT
Please see the screenshot:
On hitting Meta, the panel shrinks to the size of the Kickoff icon and only
shows that one.
Kickoff itself is also too narrow.
Reproducible: always
EXPECTED RESULT
Full normal width floating dodging panel and normal sized Kickoff.
