Thank you for your bug report. If I understand you correctly, you are
requesting a way to highlight the mouse cursor by shaking the mouse or similar.
This is one of the new features included in Plasma version 6.1, which was
released a couple of days ago. You can find more information in the release

I hope this solves your issue. Please reopen this bug report if this solution
does not fit your requirements, or create a new report if there is a bug in the
implementation of the feature as-is.
