I'm on Devuan ASCII x64 KDE.
1) The popup notification (if enabled), displays the message "Plasma
Workspace".
Ehm...Not a very informational one I think! :-)
2) The sound one ("Play a sound" option), (if enabled), is working only when
choosing "Empty Trash" from the left menu ("Places" panel).
Choosing "Empty Trash" from inside Trash (Dolphin -> (when in Trash) right
click -> "Empty Trash"), doesn't produce any sound at all.
