https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=437280 --- Comment #2 from Nicolas Fella --- I know the root cause of this. The setting changes the volume of the relevant entry in the stream restore database, but if no such sound has been played then there is no entry. Not sure how to fix it though --
