Oh, anther thing I forgot. This also happens on my laptop. Same OS, and most
everything is the same software wise, but the hardware is much older. Still
same exact behaviour.

I just tested it with Plasma 5.22.5, and it still does the same thing. Also, I
forgot to say that it can be fixed temporarily (until you plug in the webcam
again) if you open settings, and go to the keyboard
