STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Right click on a title bar for an application 2. Select "More Actions" 3. Select "Define Application Specific Configuration" 4. The windows opens in a state that doesn't show the button bar with Add Property, Define Window Properties, etc. OBSERVED RESULT An important button bar is not shown on window opening. EXPECTED RESULT The button bar with essential buttons should be visible. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux/KDE Plasma: 5.22.90 KDE Plasma Version: 5.22.90 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.86.0 Qt Version: 5.15.2 On Wayland ADDITIONAL INFORMATION There is an "workaround": if you resize the window, the button bar shows up.
