SUMMARY
This happens when I use Russian or Ukrainian locale:
LC_ALL=ru_RU.UTF-8 systemsettings5
LC_ALL=uk_UK.UTF-8 systemsettings5
This does not happen when I use the English locale:
LC_ALL=en_US.UTF-8 systemsettings5
