SUMMARY
The buttons at the bottom of the settings page are misaligned and are placed
too high. (see the screenshot attached)
When using a custom theme it is easier to see but the issue is still here if I
remove my theme.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Open settings
2. The buttons at the bottom are place too high and are not well centered in
height.

OBSERVED RESULT
Buttons too high

EXPECTED RESULT
Centered buttons
