STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. apply a third-party cursor theme in Cursors KCM - I use Radioactive cursors
theme from KDE Store
2. apply Breeze or Breeze Dark global theme (the one not in use currently) in
Global Theme KCM
3. go to Cursors KCM - note that Breeze cursor theme is selected and "Apply"
button is active
4. do not change anything and try to close System Settings

OBSERVED RESULT
Cursors KCM prompts to save/discard changes despite nothing was changed

EXPECTED RESULT
the observed result should not occur
