The regression test is being compiled for ISA 2.07. The functionality of the
instructions changed in ISA 3.0. The Valgrind support needs updating to
properly support the instructions on ISA 3.0 machines.
The test case needs updating to properly test the instructions on ISA 2.07 and
ISA 3.0
