SUMMARY
When using vgdb with new experimental multi option, there might be a problem to
rerun vgdb due to port being already in use.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
./vgdb --multi --port=5555
pasrse options: MULTI
syscall failed: Address already in use
bind failed
