Yakuake uses the blur effect on the console background. While it looks just
fine on my fullHD monitor, on my 4k one (set up with scaling=2) only the
top-left quarter of the window background is blurred, while the rest is
transparent but not blurred. Konsole works fine on the same setup.
Steps to Reproduce: Just set up scaling 2 and open a yakuake window.
Build Date & Platform: Yakuake 3.0.5 on Manjaro linux (using plasma 5.13.4 and
frameworks 5.48.0)
