I tinkered with this a bit, in KNewFileMenu itself (if it worked I would then
modify KFileUtils::suggestName). The problem is if the stat job is async, it's

Building kio from a git checkout of one commit before right before
57438d6dfe4ecb1ae022775401f5c7bcbf2a93da (since reverting it can't be done

What I found out so far, the stack trace in comment #1 is a different issue
than the other ones, that one is caused by deleting mInfo in the ArchiveJob
