I have rebooted a couple times since this reported crash, and I have not been
able to reproduce it. The second of those reboots was after an update by
Discover.

When I did the update yesterday, I noticed that kwin-x11 got uninstalled. So I
re-installed it. Now everything seems to be back to normal on an X11 session in
Neon.
