STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. go to settings>configure toolbars>brushesandstuff
2. add or remove a separator to the tool bar
OBSERVED RESULT
Dockers on sides will shift upward a few pixels each time a separator is
removed or added
EXPECTED RESULT
Dockers should not move
