Query regarding building kdelibs

I am using kubuntu 13.10 1)I have installed package acl still it is showing the following recommended package not found. What is the exact packge name to install ? 2)if i skip the above package and do make, I am getting following error some linking error in libsolid

I have successfully build kdelibs. I was now compiling kdepimlibs.. but its says.. -- Found KDE 4.11 include dir: /usr/include -- Found KDE 4.11 library dir: /usr/lib -- Found the KDE4 kconfig_compiler preprocessor: /usr/bin/kconfig_compiler -- Found automoc4: /usr/local/bin/automoc4 CMake
