ich wollte den nicht laufenden Netzwerkmanager ans Laufen bringen. Das Fenster,
das sich dazu anbot, war einfach nur befremdend, keine Hilfe, nur verwirrend.
Rechts unten ist die Hilfetaste. Damit ?ffnete sich Das Handbuch zu Plasma,
in dem ich nach Netzwerkmanager, NetworkManager und
out for so important
papers.

if you are talking about gpg keys. Than you can use the terminal:
gpg --edit-key
