general, but wasn't sure specifically what I would be affected by
changing this option...
Secondly there's also a separate item of "Boot Splash Screen" (under the
"Startup and Shutdown" category), so

the latest kubuntu is not near as good as the older kubantu i can not
even find a place to load more splash screens

hi guys just to let you know that even in the official release of kubuntu
9.04 the collaborate button does not work I.e.: not high lighted neither is
the up arrow would be gr8 if i knew where the themes downloaded to as so
far only tux in space peace have shown up in the splash screen manager

I has just installed opensuse 11.1 on 2 of my machines by update.
1. On one machine it has not replaced the previously kde3 version. the
other did this ok.
How do I get kde4 installed.?
2. I wishn to continue using photos as backgroud but i can find no
instructions on how to replace
