saying "KGlobalSettings move to kde4support" is unrealistic to accomplish
at the moment.

I would assume from the name (and where it is used) that the intention
is to choose between sorting filenames either as "1", "2", "10" or "1",
"10", "2".

Mostly good, I adjusted just a bit. I also removed the tasks which were
"deprecate" only. The whole class will get deprecated when moving in
kde4support
