KDE still use 7.4 version of xorg.

Not anymore. Recent versions of X.org run just fine without a
configuration file. You only need to create one if you want to tweak
settings inside.

Yes, I checked, there is no file name "xorg.conf", even with another server
(7.1) that is working properly.
I installed xorg 7.4.1 (with "deinstall" and "reinstall") but the x server seem
to be still using 7.4 instead of 7.4.1. how could I get the x server using

It should be under /etc/X11. If you don't have it then nothing works, so I
suspect that you do. See the X11 chapter in the FreeBSD handbook.
