I've been a happy user of phonon-xine and libxine for quite some time,
but with the update of libxine to 1.2.1, phonon-xine refuses to
compile :

=== deprecated upstream; refuses to build with libxine 1.2.x
So, what is recommended for now, and

Remove version from lib dependency on marble. It's not really needed, ports are
always updated at the same time

We didn't remove the port indeed, but
SVN commit 7993 by makc:
Add option to build ibus backend for kimpanel. SCIM option now installs scim
backend for kimpanel.
