on runtime.
I commented it out instead of removing it, let's wait a bit for that.

we usually don't change versions in x11/kdelibs4/files/patch-KDE4Defaults.cmake
to avoid this sort of plist updates.

I've never seen them change upstream, so I wasn't aware that this was
out policy. I'll revert it.
