I have a webcam (/dev/video0) through webcamd.
But kopete doesn't see it: Configure-Video screen doesn't show the
video device.

Adding -H doesn't make it to show up in kopete.

Ok, I figured it out. I didn't have hald ruinning. With hald it all
works fine.
