frameworks is to reduce the size of the installed application. It
would be nice if the installer would have a list of runtime
dependencies and would be able to bring only those dependencies.

Just wanted to report back that setting EMERGE_MAKE_PROGRAM like described
above (with a lower -j :) ) did the trick. The only thing I miss while using
jom is the cmake colored output, is there a way to have both?
