I took the liberty to update the

As notable changes, I added libqt5svg5-dev to the dependencies, as it is
requiered to build the project on Ubuntu 18.04 Bionic Beaver (at least
for the Applications/18.04 branch).
I also added depe

I've never reached this state with simple OS repositories.
Is really a good idea Kdenlive is available in APT/RPM repositories?
Those distributed versions often seem unmaintained.
