Hi, I just added support for the LADSPA 1197 effect (15 band equalizer). Here's the xml file, and the patch making the required changes to CMakeLists and initeffects.cpp. I also changed the "Equalizer" effect name to "3 band equalizer". Could someone check this is ok and commit if it is so ? Tha

I've tested it quite a bit, and it doesn't crash like it did previously. Seems to be as stable as the previous red rectangle.
