Almost forgot, there is a minor patch to piave as well as mentioned before, so
that mouse/keyboard events "fall through" to kdenlive.

Just managed to get this committed before the end of the weekend :-)
Inpoints and outpoints now are reasonably funcional - you can move them with
the mouse on the clip monitor/workspace monitor (i'll come back to that in a
minute), or seek around the clip and use the 'I' and 'O' keys
