sorry, but it works also fine with pinentry-qt4, didn't know why.
Using Kubuntu 11.04 with kde 4.6.2
You have to control:
1. File "~/gnupg/gpg.conf" must have an entry "use-agent"
2. File "~/gnupg/gpg
