Previous kmail versions achieved the exact same in one click with "New", but
for some unknown reason this will not be added again, I am really curious as to
why. Thanks for sharing your "workflow" with Kmail.

What I'm forced to do is filter on unread to see what the e-mails are, then get
rid of that filter and then filter on the subject of the e-mail
