Resuscribing does not help. Kmail still uses the wrong format (slash instead of
dot) for communicating to the IMAP server.

knotes was not migrate to akonadi :)
Don't use it.
Just we copied notes contents to akonadi to be use in kjots.
But knotes still use old kresource.
