Due to another error, i had to reinstall Kubuntu. Now it seems to work

It works fine.
I see all filter in kontact. when kmail is displaying first.
So I need more information because it works fine even in kf5 version

I also noticed that the problems sometimes seemed to be gone after a new, fresh
installation. However, they always returned after a certain time.

To resume the current situation:
- AFAIK The bug "Broken State" is resolved in 4.14.1. The bug "missing conflict
resolution" is another one (see Bug 338570)
