As it was impossible for me to use kmail and do normal communication during
working time it seem I solved the problem with this workaround:
I exited akonadi (akonadictl stop) and kmail

It looks like there is a pattern after all. The issue only happens in smime
encrypted emails and all such emails that I sent in reply to an incoming email
are affected.
