In my kmail (1.9.9. using kde 3.5.9 from Gentoo stable x86) it is broken, the
hyperlink ends just before the first '['.

Well I don't really care about RFC, but the Mantis development system
(http://www.mantisbt.org/) uses such URLs, so they are used in the real world,
