It's very unpredictable for me - sometimes it will stay online for hours, but other times it goes offline more frequently. I usually click on the mailbox, press F5, and that usually works to get things up and running again although other times I'd have to send a message from that inbox to get the mailbox to respond. Can anyone offer some ideas about how to chase up this bug?
