i've fixed my own problem by changing the following setting : misc/"mark
selected message as read after".
It was checked, and the delay was '5 sec'. Now, it is still checked, but with
the default value

kde 4.3.4 is out. I confirm the bug is still there. Though my new fix for is
now
sudo rm /usr/kde/4.3/lib64/kde4/libexec/kscreenlocker
(the file name has changed, beware)

I usually try to save to my home or a directory inside it. Nothing fancy.
Permissions and such are not an issue here.

problem. Also i never changed anything in my configuration (i'm too
scared of those 'akonadi' stuff and don't want to loose my data).

as it seems such an obvious and big bug...
So, most of the times (but not always, i would say it bugs 90% of the time),
when i RMB on an attachement in the message window, and ask to save it, the
file is created, but totally empty:

in this case, the email address is the only information, and is the same. Email
