Bug ID: 389772 Summary: KMail Serverside (server-side) subscription no longer works with gmail Product: Akonadi Version: unspecified Platform: Fedora RPMs OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: Gmail resource Assignee: dvra...@kde.org Reporter: dhe...@redhat.com CC: kdepim-bugs@kde.org Target Milestone: --- KMail Server-side subscription works on my old Fedora 24 laptop, does not seem to work on my new Fedora 27 laptop. This gives much slower access to new emails on the F27 system. I think I'm connecting to gmail with OAUTH2. Here is my best guess on relevant version numbers. Please let me know what other information is helpful or if I should take this up with my distro maintainers. akonadi-1.13.0-107.fc27.x86_64 kdepimlibs-akonadi-4.14.10-22.fc27.x86_64 kmail-17.12.1-1.fc27.x86_64 If I run akonadictl stop and start in a terminal I get this additional output from the F27 system: """ Connecting to deprecated signal QDBusConnectionInterface::serviceOwnerChanged(QString,QString,QString) org.kde.pim.akonadicontrol: Executable "akonadi_knut_resource" for agent "akonadi_knut_resource" could not be found! org.kde.pim.akonadicontrol: "AgentManager::agentInstanceSynchronizeCollection" Agent instance "akonadi_imap_resource_0" has no resource interface! org.kde.pim.akonadiserver: "Cannot connect to agent instance with identifier 'akonadi_imap_resource_0', error message: ''" org.kde.pim.akonadiserver: "Cannot connect to agent instance with identifier 'akonadi_maildir_resource_0', error message: ''" "No file selected."
